About This Opportunity

What the Initial Entry-Level Role Entails:

As an entry-level team member, you’ll start as a door-to-door appointment setter. This is where you’ll learn the ropes, familiarize yourself with the industry, develop your sales skills, and begin earning from day one. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Set Appointments: You’ll be going door-to-door in designated neighborhoods, engaging potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team to come back and give the homeowner a free roof inspection & photo report to check for/document storm damage.

Build Rapport & Begin the Sale: It’s essential to connect with people quickly, build a sense of trust and interest, & 'tee up' the appointment with proper expectations to set the stage for our sales team to succeed.

Learn the Industry: This role is your gateway to understanding the industry, mastering the basics, and proving that you have what it takes to advance.

Pay For the Entry-Level Role

You’ll earn $80 for every appointment you set, with an average of 12-20 appointments per week ($1000 - $1600 per week), giving you the opportunity to start earning solid money right from the start. However, this is just the first step, being a Marketing Rep is really just a stepping stone toward rapid career advancement and the potential for significant - multi six figure earnings.

How The Career Path Looks

Start Strong: Begin as an appointment setter, earning $80 per appointment with an average of 12-16 appointments per week. It’s challenging and not everyone has what it takes to make it, but it’s where your journey to multi six-figure earnings begins.

Advance Rapidly: If you have what it takes to push through and succeed, you'll move up the ranks quickly—often within 6-8 weeks—into roles that offer significantly higher earnings.

Achieve Big: Once you become a closer (Project Manager), the sky is the limit. We have young professionals still in high school making $15K a month, and seasoned veterans earning $50K-$70K monthly. The only limit is your drive.
