We’re looking for a couple of driven, high-performing individuals with integrity to join our elite sales team. If you are ambitious and have the determination to succeed, we want to welcome you into our family and help build you into a $200K+ annual earner. Our training and mentorship systems are proven, with many reps achieving this milestone (and top reps earning $500K+), and now we’re seeking the next A-players to step up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: You'll be out in the field, knocking on doors, finding new clients, and identifying homeowners who need roofing services.

  1. Roof Inspections: Conduct inspections to assess roof conditions and provide tailored solutions to each homeowner.

  1. Problem Solving: Help homeowners navigate their roofing needs—whether it’s working with insurance or providing retail options—ensuring they get the best solution for their home.

  1. Ensuring a Smooth Build Process: Coordinate with teams to ensure a smooth build process from signed contract to finished roof.

  1. Communication: Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the entire process.

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We are looking for the character traits not the experience, we have comprehensive and structured training programs to teach you everything you need to know.
